Return Period

We offer a 90-day return policy. You have 90 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have all original tags
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Include a video showing the unboxing of the item, clearly displaying the product and its condition
  • Provide close-up photos or videos of the item before shipping it back to verify its current condition

How to Start a Return

Important:

  • Items returned without prior authorization or without the required unboxing video or pre-return photos will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except when the product is defective or incorrect.

Damages or Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original item with the required unboxing video and pre-return photos. Once the return is accepted, you may purchase the replacement item.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For shipments to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet all eligibility criteria, including unboxing video and pre-return photos, and be accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, including the unboxing video and pre-return photos, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
